Philippine Universal Records recently released the official music video of ' Islands in the Stream ' music video by Callalily Frontman's Kean Cipriano and Gracenote’s Eunice Jorge . Aside from Kean and Eunice, Ramon Bautista also featured in the music video. ' Islands in the Stream ' is included on “ A Trip Down Memory Lane with Kean and Eunice ,” Album under Universal Records.
